You don't go for 6 or more weeks without brushing out layer and layers of hair. Humans don't have fur.
Your hair guru doesn't need to give you Haircut 101 to keep you from freaking out during a trim, a mani-pedi session, or a hair wash. Imagine wailing or bawling in the salon because you're clueless about the whole process – that's a one-way ticket to therapy town! (It's totally normal for a kiddo to have a meltdown, but hey, it's just a snip-snip on the noggin, usually with short hair, not a tangled mess. Plus, parents have their superpowers of trust and communication to guide them through the ordeal.)
Your hairdresser, manicurist, and waxer doesn't have to guess your fears due to previous traumas and help you cope. If you have a fear you can talk about it rather then bite, scratch, scream at the top of your lungs, pee or poop to get the message across. Also again you can talk it through vs. having to find other ways to communicate so your pet can understand he or she is safe.
Your hairdresser doesn't need a leash to take you around the salon because you're not a puppy chasing balls.
Your hair magician works their magic on your head, the nail artist turns your fingertips into masterpieces, and the waxing wizard tidies up your... well, let's just say they make sure you're squeaky clean down there! Your doc is in charge of your ears, or hey, you can always take matters into your own hands. Meanwhile, your furry friend's stylist transforms them from scruffy to fluffy, pampering them from snout to tail in one fabulous fur-filled day!
You're not gonna play in the mud, wander through the woods, or swim in a sketchy pond, touch gross stuff, or get too close to animals and end up getting sprayed, and then expect someone to clean you up. If you're a kid, your parents wouldn't let you skip a bath.
You listen to your beauty specialist's instructions during your procedures rather then lick the specialists face or move because your excited. Nor do you randomly start making noises cause the tree leaf moved. (This may apply to some people and children but again you can communicate with your specialists ). Patience is a virtue when working with animals.
So, like, when you're little, you learn that going to the hair salon, nail place, or waxing spot isn't a big deal. As you grow up, you start going there by yourself, get to know your stylist, and become independent from your parents. And hey, groomers have to chat with both the fluffy pet and its humans to make sure everyone's feeling good and content.
Your hairdresser doesn't have to worry about your hair getting matted and having to shave your head. Nor do they have to worry about talking to your parents about the pain involved in having to brushout the matts - because they don't want you to look ugly- in order to shave your head so you don't feel pain.
Your beauty specialists don't have to be on the alert for your current health issues or possibly new ones, you stay on top of that yourself.
